Redeem Rewards Points

I have tried twice to redeem ebay master card reward points when paying for an item on ebay only to be rejected with a message that says "one or more items you trying to pay for is not eligible. "These points appear to be worthless.  Is there any way to know which, if any, sellers accept these points?

Not sure what points are ?...I had some invisible cards with credit card numbers and such info. and some have value on them still. Some companies just send the number, expired date and 3 digit code now in an email instead of a check. I ended putting the credit card numbers on my Starbuck's card to use the money.
