Does Ebay provide a receipt of some form showing the purchases you made and the credit card that was used to make the purchase? I don't want just the tracking information or showing my cart. I need something that shows a purchase was actually made and the card # (or at least the last 4 digits). If so, does it come in an email or can you see it in your account information? Any help is appreciated.

eBay cannot provide any document which shows any part of your credit card number. In most cases, except with a direct credit card payment at eBay checkout, eBay doesn't even know you used a credit card, and even then, eBay does not show your credit card number, instead only saying that payment was by credit card.
This is because eBay is not involved in processing the payment: with managed payments for example, eBay just tells PayPal or Adyen "Go get $123.67 for me" and then you the buyer pays $123.67 by any method you choose, unbeknownst to eBay. So eBay is unable to display any part of the credit card number on any document.
However if you pay by PayPal, that Transaction Details page does show the last four digits of the credit card number. Unfortunately and again in managed payments, it only says the "seller" is "eBay" and it doesn't show what you bought, just what you paid.

You can view the order details but it doesn't give the last 4 of the cc

Would that not be available from the credit card company?
