Processing: To be completed on...

When payment for an order says it is processing and to be completed on a specific date, is it known at what time on that date? Also by which timezone?

They're holding the payment until that date. Then it is deposited in your checking account and takes 1-3 days to clear into your account.

My question is regarding the time of day on that date that the payments finish processing. For example if it says processing: to be completed on November 19th, is there a specific time on that day they usually finish?

No, I have no idea and I don't believe eBay can predict the exact hour, minute and second it will happen.  I'm guessing on that day before midnight Pacific Time.  That being said, on eBay don't count your chickens before they hatch.

It's 11:59 pm EST on that processing to be completed by date. I know this thread is old. But maybe it will help others
