Pending transaction

Hi I have PayPal account and my item saints sold but the buyer says that you guys haven’t released the payment yet ( it’s been almost 2 weeks since it says the item was sold)

I don’t know what should I do? I need to get the money ASAP

Do you see the money in your PayPal account balance? Did the buyer ask for your email and did you receive an email telling you that you that your item was paid for (if yes, you were scammed)? Scam buyers look for new or low feedback sellers to pull this scam on, you NEVER ship until you actually see the payment in your PayPal account when you log on to it.

Looks like the only item you sold was a pair of Kobe's on 01/28/21, it's only been 6 days so since you are a new seller with 0 feedback your money may not be released until the item has been confirmed as delivered, others will weigh in shortly.
