Payouts

For the past 3 months I have been receiving daily payouts with no issues. This morning I receive a e-mail from ebay saying that they could not send my payout and may be a problem with my bank.  Ebay, there is no problem with my bank and as usual the problem is on your end.  I have been waiting for this to happen because everything ebay trys is a disaster.  I had paypal for years and never had any issues receiving my money.  Typical ebay. I am so tired of this nonsense!!

I too have not had a payment from eBay that is owed to me.  The message I keep getting is payment declined "failed" whatever.  I have heard many sellers not receiving payments on time or at all.  Ebay will say its the seller's bank...but GUESS WHAT FOLKS, its not your bank...Yesterday we had calls from people selling on ebay and not getting their payments...they were told the problem might be their bank...in reality the bank wasn't even seeing an attempt at a payment...how do I know this...I work at a bank!!

Yeah it's all smoke and mirrors with eBay. They put us on a wild goose chase with that email blaming our banks for their problem. This is the path eBay takes on all  technical issues. We all know this by now, they hide in the shadows while leaving us for dead. Can you say Hypocrisy

Got this e-mail last night from E-Bay:

There was an issue that affected payouts for a number of managed payments sellers on December 2nd, 2020. This issue has been resolved and all affected payouts were re-sent on December 2nd. We do not expect sellers to encounter any delays receiving their funds. Depending on your bank, your payouts should be reflected in your bank account in the next 1-4 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

You may have received a communication mentioning a problem with your bank account. You may disregard this prior communication. There is no further action required of you at this time.

As of this morning, the message still appears on top of my hub page:

Your payouts are on hold until you update your account details. Please update by Dec 29, 2020 to avoid further restrictions. 

....and the money from yesterday has not appeared in my bank account.  Furthermore, I've not received any notification of a payment being sent today.

Agreed... never one glitch in the past.  Now they are holding funds because I have a return request that I accepted over a week ago yet have not received the item yet.  $330.  I survived on daily cash flow;  now I’m behind on everything including be able to purchase materials and inventory because I’ve had to pay late.  Also I have many discrepancies in my invoice and no customer service.    Wondering why my bill can be so high when they have already deducted their fees long before they even issued any payout to me.... at least 3-5 before they transferred the money to my bank.  I met with my banker.  He showed me how my bank releases funds to me within 24 hours.  Still not 5 minutes like PayPal.... so as if we don’t have enough **bleep** on our plates this year!

Paying to ship items without receiving payment for those items, is getting old.

Is anyone still not receiving payouts? We switched from PayPal our bank in November and have not received a payout since. We have called Ebay multiple times on multiple days, many times we don't get to talk to anyone. We have been asked to verify our bank information multiple times and gave resent pics of our check, etc, but Ebay still blames our banking info for not being able to pay us. We keep going in circles with them and don't know what to do. At this point, Ebay owes us a substantial amount!!! What to do??? What to do??? We never had a problem with payouts until we switched from PayPal.

till today, my payment hasn't arrived to my bank account. it keep saying we sent out your payment should arrives in 1-3 days. does any folks problem has been resolved?
