Has anyone experienced a bunch of payout fails and ebay deleted all the transactions. It's been close to a month we don't receive any of our money. Over $2,500.00 and when we talk to ebay they are clueless of what's going on

Make sure to ask for a payment specialist when contacting ebay.

The normal CS reps can do nothing about MP.

I just asked and they said they can put in the request. They said it will take 24 to 72 hours to get back to us. This is ridiculous, I wish they left the payment system alone with PayPal

The only reason that eBay would delete transactions is if they violated some policy. Did you have sold auctions/listings that were pulled for some reason?

Seller Hub > Payments > Payout settings

Is the checking account correct with routing number and account number? Make sure your registered ebay name is IDENTICAL to the name on the checking account. If you need to make a change, go to
