My payout bank information is incorrect, and I have no idea where my money is going!? I am unable to change it, because I have to enter the full bank account number on record with Ebay. I have no idea what bank account number they have, and am unable to correct it. How can I get my money?? It says funds are available, but from where?? I haven't received anything at all. I'm talkin' almost $300 missing

So you can't correct it or you just think you can't correct it?  

Have you called MP CS to see if they can assist you?

Funds "available" are not yet transferred to the bank.  There are reports you can get from the Payment tab in the Seller Hub that tells you the details of any deposit they have already sent to the bank account of record.

Thank you! What is MP CS? I am unable to delete and change the bank info because I have to enter in to complete banking number that they have on file first. I have no ide what they have on file.

MP = Managed Payments

CS = Customer Service

CSR = Customer Service Representative

eBay would have a bank account number that you had given them sometime in the past.   If you go to the Payments>Summary page over on the right, under settings you will see Payout method with a bank name and last 4 numbers of the account number.  Maybe you can check your past bank statements or call the bank to ask for assistance in retrieving the whole account number.

This has occurred to me and the error was on Ebay's part. I kept trying to call (hard to get a phone call) but this morning finally got through. Rep sent in a technical report. Separate reports need to be sent in for each payout not received. One of my payouts was finally accepted and now I await the remaining 2. 

Would suggest you revise by just putting same bank info as a new bank.

It is important to actually speak to a MP rep. Good Luck

What number did you call? The ones I’ve called have said that live help was not available right now, and to check the Seller Help link.

Go to this page Seller Hub>Payments>Summary https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary   Look on the right hand margin for the Help choices.  Click on the phone and a screen will open where you can request a call back from MP customer service.  The wait time is long right now, I see 161 min, but that is what you need to do to speak with someone that can help.

No, eBay does not provide a phone number to call, only option is to request a call back.

Well lets start this all over:

"It says funds are available"  How much??

Is this all they payments you have received or are there some payment still processing???

Has any payouts been attempted??

Did they fail??

If so how long has this been going on??

Did you figure this out? I am having the exact same issue! I have a large payout going to a random bank account ending in 4 digits that are not similar to mine. I have no idea how it ended up on my account and it’s driving me nuts

I would suggest you request a call back from eBay ASAP.  This just does not sound right at all.
