'Payout declined' in Payments tab

Hi everyone - 

I'm just getting in and started but wanted to let you know that we are aware some members are seeing this error - the root cause has been identified and a resolution is in process. 

I will post updates to this thread as I have them.

Update from the Payments team:

If you are seeing a “Declined Waiting for retry” on Seller Hub-> Payments -> Payout tab when not expected:
·        We are in the process of retrying and your payout should still make it before the cut off time for today
·        There should be no delay in the credit to your bank account
·        The status on your Seller Hub-> Payments -> Payout should update in the next few hours to reflect this

Update from the Payments team:

Our payments processor has confirmed all impacted payouts have been processed successfully.
Members should see their payouts processed as expected without delay.
Please remember depending on bank policy it may be 1-4 business days before the bank will process these funds.
