Payout Issues

So I’ve experienced the same thing as everyone else did. Payments moving on a weekend then showing pending on my bank.

However, on Saturday afternoon they just vanished and were no longer pending. My payments always clear same day and even the payment sent this morning, which would always appear by 1 PM, isn’t even pending.

Is anyone else having a similar issue and if you are, when will we get our money? I need it to continue restocking my store ASAP!

It looks to me like they were hacked. If you look at community board, no one is receiving their payouts and all the pendings were rushed and accounts emptied out. No answers to call centers or responses on this board, or facebook. They are obviously dealing with SOMETHING today. They wouldn't dare announce something like that happening unless they already had a fix.

How long does it usually take to receive the funds.

The funds might have been sent on Saturday, but might start processing until today.

What do you mean by 'vanished'?? 

When payments are being 'sent' ie. being "deposited" they are no longer shown in the 'Processing' or 'Pending'. 

But the payments still show they were 'going out' ie. "being deposited".

My bank was closed both Thurs and Fri and even though payments were 'deposited' by Ebay (Adyen); they will not show until Tuesday or Wednesday since everything 'deposited' over the weekend won't start movement until the "next" business day- which is today; should be showing in bank tomorrow.

If your deposits are showing "pending" at your bank, your issue is NOT with Ebay, it is with your bank.

However, on Saturday afternoon they just vanished and were no longer pending. My payments always clear same day and even the payment sent this morning, which would always appear by 1 PM, isn’t even pending.

I'm really not sure what to make of this statement.  First, Ebay can't stop a deposit that is PENDING at your bank.  Ebay loses control of that money once it is in the ACH banking system.

The ACH system is NOT open on weekends or holidays.  So again, checking with your bank directly seems to be the best approach here because it isn't Ebay doing this.

Have you contacted your bank?  What do they tell you?

Go to your Seller Hub.  Then hover over your Payment tab.  From the drop down menu select Payout.  On this screen is a list of your payouts.  To the right in the Memo column will be a Bank Reference ID # if the ACH has your funds.  Use that number when talking to your bank as they should be able to find your deposits by that number.

This past weekend MP started issuing Payouts 7 days a week, instead of on Business days only.  However Payouts issued on the weekend will be held in Queue at the ACH until Monday morning [unless it is a holiday] to begin processing.
