I got an email saying my Payoneer will be start for listing from 7.9.2021. but didn't . Why is that.

You need to find out who sent you the email and ask your question of them.

In Sri Lanka, Payoneer is available now, but I think it is only allowed for Businesses as the Sri Lankan Government still forbid individuals from accepting foreign funds.

Please contact your local government body to find out the rules now surrounding this problem many Sri Lankan sellers are experiencing.

No one here can really help you as we have no control over the money laundering and anti terrorism laws regarding acceptance of foreign funds in your country.

If you sell something now, where does your money go? I also noticed that none of your listings are covered by eBay's Money-Back Guarantee. I wonder if this means that you are enrolled with Payoneer. You do understand that Payoneer will be your payment processor and not a payment option for buyers.

OP is not MP registered yet, I have seen one other Sri Lankan (business) seller registered and the G.Pay shows up on listings like ours.

Seller items most likely not covered by MBG because eBay are not offering the option for MP - no way for eBay to hold in pending for any claims made.

And if an item sells with Paypal then ooops for the OP, no way to receive the money.
