Payoneer issue

I am trying to sign up on Payoneer account and they block\lock me . 

Was sent them few emails and their us no comments .

Also can not call them because they answer only for registered account .

Today eBay will lock my eBay seller account .

What should I do ?

You follow the instructions from eBay to provide your bank details as requested for MP. You do NOT need to have a personal Payoneer account to do this, infact, you can not do it any other way than follow eBays directive.

Hi just to clarify - Payoneer is not a payment option, but it is the payout option for sellers in areas not serviced by Adyen. 

 

Members will not need to change site registration in order to register to have their payments managed by eBay, they just need to make sure that their registration information matches their verification information (name and address on bank account, etc). As long as that is correct they should use the links within the email notification to register and our system will take care of the rest.

The advice I gave earlier is incorrect and I beleive you do need to sign up for Payoneer first.

As the US does not use Payoneer it is best for you to post on European boards or contact Payoneer help forums.

Hello, having the similar problem. And I'm posting here for the eBay global community request/contribution - as btw, no special US entitled board anywhere on this page regarding the above objection toward this O.P. post.

So, I've received eBay to Payoneer introductory call and proceeded via links then went redirected to Payoneer and signed up. I had to provide 3 types of verification meaning Payonner setup is not using any eBay users details present at account.

I've verified identity(scanned id card), connected Bank account(tied to local currency), and at third stage address verification I'm stuck for about month. I've submitted at Payonners account/Verification multiple documents of various issuers trying to comply with accepted authorities requirement : Utility bill, Bank document or Rental contract. So I've submitted: bill from the national domain registrar, bill from the hosting company, bill from the telecom company(named to family), bank account details(snap shot),bank statement, license card. All rejected with all documents I've provided representing my full name and address. Tried to submit email support request no personal response since. Is there any chance that eBay will sort this registration/verification difficulties or enable some European payment processors as Skrill/Escrow in the past?  I'm seeing no further options for this micro e-commerce in this situation and I'm betting it is similar for many European eBayers .

Lately after getting and submitting the Bank statement document, Paynoeer "personalized" system responded deliberately or more protruding into details that are not available neither to me as the bank office gave me what is in their practice.
