Hi, I sold an item on ebay and am still awaiting payment some two months later. I have a ebay UK account, but live in Southern Ireland with Irish bank accounts. Ebay are saying they can't process the payment from a UK account to an Irish bank. It has to be a UK bank account.
As I don't live in the UK there is no way to open a UK bank account. I tried entering online bank account details but neither of these worked.
I have had one phone call and two live chats and it's too hard for ebay to deal with.
I purchase quite a lot of items on ebay and they have no problems taking my money but don't ssem to be able to send me money.
All help appreciated.
