Payment processing problem?

I'm a little concerned over what I am seeing on Ebay today. I am hoping someone can help me with this.

If I make a sell on Friday, the payment will process on Saturday and be send to the bank and it will be there on Monday - this is normal for me and something I am fine with, however, today (Sunday 1/19) I noticed the sells I made yesterday say "Payment will be processed on the 19th" but, as of right now, these payments still haven't been moved over to 'available funds' to be sent tomorrow. 

It has never been this late in the day for the payments to show up in 'available funds' and I am concerned there is an issue.

Is anyone else noticing this? 

PS. I understand I will not get payments sent to my bank on Saturday and Sunday will not show up at the bank until Monday. That isn't the issue. I read over the change in that policy.

I was switched over to the change last weekend where I do not get weekend payments sent until Monday and when that happened, I noticed that money did not move to available funds until very late at night, much later than it used to move.  I would shut down my computer around 10:00pm and the money was still not available but the next morning it had moved overnight and transferred to my bank as expected.  I also worried it wouldn't make it in time, but it was okay.

I understand that. I don't expect the money to hit my bank until Tuesday.  That isn't the issue. 

The issue is the payments for yesterday is still processing before being moved into 'available funds' which is then sent to the bank. It says "Payment will be processed on the 19th" then it goes over to 'available funds' which is then sent to the bank. 

I've never seen payments take this long into the evening to process THEN be moved over to available funds.

My funds always become available very late on the day that eBay projects the availability. (likely at the end of the day Pacific time)

ebay has made a change and they are moving people over to it apparently several thousand at a time, mine was changed around the end of November. going forward Friday & Saturday payments will be sent on Monday.

EVEN if you are on daily payouts and regardless of what the documentation online currently states.

you will see a new option for express payout on the weekend in place of 7 daily payouts. so now it will be daily payouts 5 days a week and a 2 day option for express payouts (on weekends) without having to change over to weekly payouts in order to get express payouts. It's technical if you have not educated yourself already in how ebay processes payouts or how they did so previous to this new rollout.

Previously if you wanted express payouts you had to change over to weekly payouts in order to have the express payout option, along with that was or may still be a 48 hour hold on funds while making a payout change.
