I just had a payment say "declined waiting for retry" on 12/2 at 00:25 hours and I have not changed any of my information. How can I tell if this is a problem with eBay or my bank? When will it retry? Daily like my payout schedule?

Check "Current System Status" and PAYOUT is shown as a GREEN CHECKMARK - what a useless status system that is! At least if that worked the way it should it would save them hundreds of phone calls and posts!

Same thing happened to me this morning and I had successful payments before today. Bank said the problem is on Ebay side.

I have the same issue. I called my bank, they said nothing was wrong on their end. Tried to contact eBay of course it is hard to talk to a human. Supposed to call me in 118 minutes. I hope eBay makes this right and we get our deposit tomorrow.

A comment above said someone got through to ebay and they know its a glitch and payments should go out tomorrow, hopefully!

Yep, same here! Mine did not go through today either. Ebay phone lines are down, chat is turned off. What is going on??

Same issue called my bank and they said it is a eBay issue they show no payment rejucted. Now ebay shows no phone support. This is why I hate eBay paynent system they do not take responsab

I just tried to replay to the original post as I have the same issue and it locked me out from doing it. It seems ebay does not want a long list of people posting about it. and now ebay says no phone support. This is the kind of reason I did not want to do managed payments. ebay does not take responsibility when they have a issue. I just spent 1+ hours dealing with my bank making sure it was not on my end and how long will it take ebay to fix this.

Yes, it wouldn't let me reply to the original post either. Same issue with declined payments email. You would think eBay would send a mass email explaining the situation to quell our anxiety....really not sure why they haven't...unless they really don't believe it's a widespread issue on their end, which is kind of a scary thought

It’s definitely a widespread issue there’s really no use to talk to them they can’t and won’t do anything except “file an escalation ticket” but no confirmation of a confirmed problem just a “oh yeah we have gotten a lot of calls about this” with speculation it would go through tomorrow

So I am waiting on a BUYER to pay me and the automatic non-paying bidder feature is turned ON. My question is...is this "outage" impacting the ability of a BUYER to pay for their auction?

Hi Tyler, Glenn Hurst USAHOOKS on eBay..... Managed payments were working great but for the last 5 days have stopped working "Declined waiting for retry".... If it was working fine what happened?... I didn't change anything..
I can't contact anyone on eBay either.... No call back
I re-entered all my bank info again... If it was working before... What happened?
