Where can I look to see what PayPal account is associated with my eBay?

Use the Account tab located on one of your My eBay pages such as your Summary page. From there click on the PayPal Account link:

There are various reasons why a Paypal account would be associated with your ebay account.

If you are asking as a seller who uses your Paypal account to recevie payments, use the Sell Similar function for any of your listings (active or ended).

Scroll down to the payment section & check the payment email address that appears there.

Hopefully, that email address is attached to your Paypal account.
