Non payment

I sold a car using auction there was a non-payment the person never came and bought it now I owe eBay. So I paid where I feel I should not have paid since eBay didn’t make the buyer coming pay for the car

Non payment

Well... eBay Motors vehicles sales are non-binding. (I assume you've been charged for the listing package you chose... those are billed as you list.) You'll have to Cancel the Order to get the fees credited. Good luck.

As mtgraves7984 said;
"You'll have to Cancel the Order to get the (final value) fees credited."

The Basic package fee, which it looks like you used (because of the AutoCheck option) is nonrefundable, as is the optional 10 day auction.

"Listing package fees, insertion fees, and fees for optional listing upgrades apply to each listing you create, are charged at the time of listing or relisting, as applicable, and are nonrefundable."
