No payments sent out today 7/15/2025 Ebay internal error!

I am set up for daily payments and noticed this morning my payment was not sent as of 11 am EST , I am showing my next payment as or Wednesday 7/16 - I just spoke with ebay customer service and they said it is in fact a site wide internal error and payments should be sent out normally tomorrow.

I received my weekly payout today.

Unless the payment processer had an issue I cant imagine it only being daily payments.

I'm set up on weekly payouts and noticed this morning that it was not sent, Ebay is showing next payout date for 7-22-25 (Next Tuesday) so I went in and requested the payout automatically. First time ever having to do that but also first time payout wasn't sent on the normal scheduled weekly payout day.

I also have not received my weekly scheduled payout.  Hopefully interest is accruing 🤣

Hey @mommaknows - do what the poster before you did - request an on demand payout. (Not to be confused with an Express payout.) They said that worked just fine for them.

Sellers with weekly payouts can request an On Demand payout at any time for no fee and processing time is normal.

Sellers with daily payouts are better off waiting until tomorrow for their next scheduled payout. They do have the option of requesting an Express payout for a $2.00 fee, but they cannot request a fee-free On Demand payout since they already have one scheduled for tomorrow.

Just to add to what @wastingtime101  said - I see a bunch of reports on the UK and German eBay community forums from earlier today saying they were unable to manually request on demand payouts (the button was greyed out).

UK community staff confirmed it was a tech issue a couple hours ago and in the last hour or so I've seen multiple people there who were having issues earlier now confirming it is working again.

So whatever is going on appears to have been across multiple eBay sites, may already be fixed and hopefully the on demand option will work for those who missed the weekly payout today.

I'd even wait it out until later in the day as sometimes things like this happen and by the evening eBay will have processed any payouts that failed earlier.

For what it's worth, I received payouts on multiple accounts today without issue.

That's to be expected because they processed your payment today, but it failed, but when it was initiated that made the next payout date next week. So no error there.

Error was in the payout failing to begin with - but glad to hear the manual request went off without a hitch. 🙂

Well it's the 16th and they didn't send the money. I've been waiting too. Still an internal error for the 2nd day. Bull**bleep** **bleep**ty no caring ebay

Glad I'm not the only one! I also requested a payout. It's funny, I couldn't find the option on my tablet, but I was able to on the app.

I manage both my own and my roommate's accounts, both are set to payout on Tuesdays, to two different banks. Neither payout happened yesterday (7/15/2025). Next scheduled payout is Tuesday July 22, 2025.
