Are you talking about buying or selling?

If buying, you will not notice any changes other than a couple of new ways to pay. namely Google and Apple Pay are being offered by some sellers now. More will have it in the future.

This is being rolled out slowly worldwide. Most sellers will be shifted over by the end of next year, if thing go according to plan.

At this time there is no way for sellers in Sri Lanka to receive payments from sales on eBay dot com.
Unfortunately, many new sellers from SL are being convinced to open a selling account, but nowhere in the YouTube videos does it mention this important detail.
