Hi all
I wonder if I can get some help.
I have tried for the past few months to redeem my nectar points against a purchase but each time I go in it says "we had trouble connecting, try again later" as this has been going on for months I am wondering what I can do, I have checked my Nectar and it is fine and tells me how much I have to redeem in Nectar.

Did this ever get fixed?
I am trying to use my Nectar points and I keep getting an error message generated on the MYebay page saying that my voucher is still being processed and it will take a moment but that was over 24 hours ago so I'm pretty sure it's just rubbish. I definitely am eligible to receive a voucher so there is nothing wrong with the account on my side.

We don't have Nectar in the US, so you might go to your home site and ask about it there.
