Money keeps bouncing back

I need help.

eBay - DE - has approved the company’s bank account three times now, but the money keeps bouncing back when they transfer the money from the sales that have been made.

Every time we contact them, we receive only a generic response.

This is a standard business account - WISE - used for the company, and there have never been any issues, except with eBay.

I have both contacted eBay by mail and phone.

WISE is not a bank. They are a Money Services Business that offers online money accounts and services. Try using a bank and not an MSB.

According to Ebay and Wise it should work when I asked.

eBay outsources their call center and half the time they tell you anything to get you off the phone.

If you google-search "Is WISE accepted for eBay managed payments" one of the bullet points says "Here is a more detailed explanation" and it goes on to specifically say that it doesn't offer standard banking services like direct payments from eBay. 

You can use WISE on eBay to pay for purchases but not to receive payments from eBay.
