Do you think beginning to selling with this managed payments thing really helpful for seller?? Is that program giving good benefits for sellers as they saying ??cause some peoples with bad experiences. is it depends on what am I selling ?

It depends on where you are living. It's working great for US sellers.

Actually it is much simpler than that.  If you want to sell on Ebay you must use MP.  There isn't an option.

Some people have had bad experiences with Paypal too.
