If you don't comply with EBAY's demand to sign up for Managed Payments, they will punish you. We have resisted this program and several weeks ago, they blocked us from adding or modifying any of our auctions. Several weeks before Xmas, who did they hurt ? not me, since sending out anything for Xmas now is a total waste of time.

Yes, eBay is moving all sellers to Manages Payments and yes a seller will eventually lose his ability to sell if he chooses not to join managed payments.

eBay has been making that clear to sellers regularly for about 18 months now.
