Depending on how you paid, it could be a couple weeks before the refund shows up in your account.

Who is refunding you? The seller? eBay itself? Or through a credit card from eBay or seller?

If you opened a Claim, go to the Claim.  If it's been past 2 days since item was returned to seller (I think that's the time), there should be a link/button that says Ask eBay to Step In, or something like that.

If you agreed upon refund via messaging, open a Claim by going to your Purchases list. Submit a return request.

That should do it. Once a refund is submitted in eBay, you get a notification of refund within 30 minutes. It's pretty fast after that.
