how do i invoice a customer from ebay and not through paypal. Thanks...

Do some more reading. Buyers are still able to use Paypal to pay for their purchases.

eBay sends an invoice to the buyer when the item sells, then the buyer can pick their choice of how they want to pay. You don't need to send an invoice. How you get paid, is a different story.
