How is this possible?

Hello everyone and thank you in advance for your input.

I received a message from a buyer who allegedly placed an order for 2 items and changed their mind and wanted to cancel order. So far so good. 

Problem is order never came through.  It's not in the sold items feed. Contacted buyer and he said the payment shows as pending? Strange... the listing format is immediate payment and listing appears as active and sold out at the same time. Is this a glitch?

Does anyone else has a similar issue?

Using the title of your listing in keyword search, your listing comes up for me under "all listings" but not "completed listings."

what makes you think they placed the order??

If it does not show as an order it aint.

I had 2 items to start with.  If you take a look at the sold items it says 2 and items available is 0.  I didn't sell any as I described above and using my friends phone just to check I couldn't place an order cause there are 0 available.  Weird or what?
