im having a problem with mi 25$ gift card, the last three codes are missing, i didnt even Scratch that hard, now they are missing and i cant use my money

what can i do

i bought it at target today (technically yesterday because it is already 1 am and im anger asfk with this thing)

Keep the receipt and call the number on the back of the card. 

You may have to return to the store to correct the problem with it.

That is a common scam. A thief copied down the number and then replaced the scratch strip. They placed the card back on the display and wait for it to be activated. They then spend the card. The missing numbers are so you can't spend it before they do.
