Has payouts crashed?

I have not received a single payout for almost 2 weeks now. Gone from daily payouts to zero.

All payouts are sent, then cancelled and then resent and then cancelled again. eBay asks me to update/re-enter my bank information and then wait for another 48 hours before they verify. Then back to step 1. Payout, cancelled, payout again, cancelled, re-enter info, verify.

All worked fine with daily payouts till the beginning of May. My bank details has never changed. So there must be something going on at ebays end. No answers from ebay more than the regular pasted out of topic standard answers.

Currently have around $1K on hold and lost in cyberspace.

Stupid question, but have you checked that your bank is not having issues?

Also, are you with Payoneer in Sweden? if so maybe give them a call and see if there is a problem.

Just a thought, maybe reach out to eBay on social media, not sure if they can help but worth a try.

No problems at my Bank. No, i don't use Payoneer.  eBay does direct payouts to EU sellers from eBay in Germany.

Lots of people are having the same problems with "no scheduled payout date" with no red banner on payments tab, I guess the only thing you can do is be patient.

I have a red banner saying "We ran into a problem sending your last payout and will retry sending it. In the meantime, please verify your payout method. "

Then it's another red banner saying that i need to update my bank details. The next banner states that they are verifying my details and it will take 48 hours.

Then back to step 1 with the first red banner. It's a catch 22.

Finally got hold on someone on ebay that had some knowledge about this. The payout system is broken and has been since around may the 4th. They are working on it but they have no clue what is wrong or when it will be sorted. 😩
