So I recently bought a gift card to partially pay for a pair of sneakers. I redeemed the gift card and it seemed to work well, I logged into my PayPal and was about to place my order but I wanted to double check if I was ordering the right size so I went back. Once sure I proceeded to go back to my shopping cart and checkout, I saw the gift card balance hasn't been saved so I put the code again and this time it kept telling me that the code can't be applied to my order. I went to check its balance and showed it had $0. I put over $100 in this gift card and all of the sudden it was gone. I'm trying to reach out to customer support but it looks like it's one of the worst costumer supports in any website. Any suggestions on what should I do
