Getting feedback from the customers

Is there any thing that could be done to get the feedback from a customer where the delivery has been done already and not left a feedback upon it .

Oh dear...feedback is completely voluntary and some do not like to be bothered with it.  I know how important it is especially to a new seller.  I find that about 35% of people do not leave any feedback.

Just keep giving good customer service and your feedback numbers will eventually rise.

Good luck!

I really respect that as a new seller, feedback is extremely important to you.  I remember how I felt when I started, so I sincerely understand.

However you are just going to have to be patient.  DO NOT ask your buyers to leave you feedback.  That can really backfire on you.  I know this can be hard, but remember on a young account like yours, a neutral or negative feedback would really hurt you.

It is provided at the discretion of the customer
But eBay itself will notify the customer when it is late to deliver. Then you will get it.

Ebay does not send out automatic emails to buyers if their delivery is going to be late.  The buyer is likely figuring that out all on their own.

Sorry for the mistake.
But as far as I can remember, I was notified some time ago.

No, that is not an email they send.  Your seller might, but I doubt many of them would do that.  They'd have to be a pretty large seller with an automated system of their own.  I couldn't imagine tracking each order I sell and email the buyer with updates on its journey.  That would be a lot of work.

I expect 25% or less to leave feedback. Ebay sends them a reminder but most of the time nothing comes from it. Some will never leave feedback no matter what. Even if you give them the item for free or include extras. It's better to not poke the bear. Don't take it personal. I'd rather receive nothing at all than neutral or negative.

Yes, Ebay sends reminders to Buyers.  I'm sorry I thought I had said that in an earlier post.

That is about what I experience too.  But for those of us that have a good amount of FB, this isn't a problem.  But for new sellers I can see why they are trying to build it up.  I know I felt the same way when I started.  But it was much easier back then as most buyers left FB, now they simply just don't.

If I buy from a newer seller here on eBay with few feedback, I always leave FB for them because I know they need to get their numbers up.  For the rest...eh!  I leave feedback at about the rate I leave feedback for most things - almost never.
