Enhanced Payment System

This new system SUCKS. With Paypal you could transfer your funds instantly with a small fee. This is the 4th day since I was paid and now I get an email stating it will take 3 to 4 business days to see my money. Ebay states it will go instantly to your bank account so where is my money. Who thought up this ridiculous system??

If the money is not making it to your bank,  it is your bank that is causing the problem.

Ardyen or Ebay, whetever,  posts your money to a central bank and it is up to your bank to grab it.

My payments are in my account the next day.

I have a business checking account with a bank that is business friendly.

I agree!! The item shows money sent, my bank posted it yesterday, so I shipped the item. It is gone today from my bank account. Thanks, ebay, for making sellers' lives more difficult, Again!!

@eldoradodad   You are not alone ... there are many, many Sellers complaining about it ... a lot recently because your account was part of a group that was recently Activated for MP.  They send that message and then at some point they send your money to your bank ... they will blame your bank for delays of course.  You should call your bank and ask them about the process they have for receiving 3rd party electronic deposits and when those deposits are actually posted and available in your account. 

Before I ever went in to Managed Payments I research banks, 3rd party electronic transfers, etc. and found issues with the 2 banks we had so I had to open new accounts with a 3rd bank.  I understand their process because I asked them about it.  Any 3rd party transfer made very early in the day get posted later or at the end of the day.  Transfers that come in during the day will roll over to the next day.  So for me the bank's delay is NOT 3-4 days (that's just an eBay CYA statement) ... its basically same or next day.

It is not my Bank. Ebay needs to learn how to process payments in a timely manor like Paypal did. I used to ship the same day or next day at the latest because the money was available immediately when paid with Paypal. I am now holding up shipments because I do not trust ebay with sending my funds to the bank. If this does not change I will close my ebay account.

I hate to tell you this but you are misinformed about ebay and MP.  ebay does not promise instant payments with MP.In fact when they transfer the money they say it takes 1-4 days.that is not instant and ebay never promised instant.  the sales literature for MP clearly states the timeline and no where does it mention instant payments
