Dispute/eBay cases

hello there:))

im in a bit of annoying and really pain in the *** situation atm. I recently bought a couple of things from a seller on eBay. when I was supposed to be paying for these items, I choose mastercard but nothing happened on eBay, so instead, I paid with paypal, which was fine!

the next day I check my balance on my bank account, and the prices that I paid had been deducted twice, which really sucks... well, I then thought that I might file a case on paypal but ofc I messed it up and made at case for 0.18 cents:)))) I then spoke to the seller and he said I just needed to close the case/dispute and then he could just cancel it, since it was the obvious choice and the easiest way ( he's not shady or anything). 

I then closed the case, and paypal has confirmed that the case IS closed.. well, I then said it to the seller, but there is still a dispute open, and I have zero idea of how to close it... there is nothing on paypal I can close or remove, the resolution center on eBay tells me that there is zero requests or cases open.

now, where in the name of Jesus Christ do I close this case/dispute? I feel like I have been through every site on google regarding this topic, I've called my bank.. I feel like im out of options, and I am very very very close to just jump out the Empire State Building and land on a bicycle with no seat..

if ANYONE have the solution to this, please oh please lord, let me know, cause im getting a little tired, and so is the seller
