In regards to the new payment system for sellers, can we choose when the money goes into our bank account? Or is it automatically deposited when a sale occurs?

You can specify "daily" or "weekly" payout.   You CANNOT specify date of deposit.

Bear in mind that it takes about 3-5 days for money to actually reach your bank account.

That's helpful. I was hoping it doesn't get automatically deposited that fast. Can we choose how much gets deposited? Like I'd wait until I had a few hundred in my PayPal account, which could take months, before depositing in my bank account.

No, whatever is cleared will be deposited......you can't accumulate funds, longer than a wk (if you choose wky payouts......they are always on Tues).
