From eBay---On Dec 02, 2020 we tried sending you a payout amount of $59.06, but we ran into a problem with your bank account. Please check to see if the bank account information you entered is correct or contact your bank for details.
Have been Managed pay since August with deposits no problem...including one on Monday. Now today declined. I did contact bank and there is no problem or restrictions on account. Bank said no problems.....now what???
Oh and of course cannot contact eBay for help.

i got the message too--but the payment is showing up in my bank account (as "pending")

Received this messaged myself this morning also. I was one of the first accounts to be switched over to managed payments and haven't had this issue until now.
Almost $300 sere sent as payout this morning and then received the messaged that it had been declined shortly after. Also doesn't show as the money being in my account anymore but that it will retry. Not sure what's going on but impossible to contact eBay.

I hate to say this but I'm glad it's widespread and not isolated, now there's a slightly better chance they might actually pay attention. I've been having a similar issue with another completely different merchant, in their case they keep declining my payment saying it's a problem with my payment provider, long story short it isn't.
I have not been able to resolve the problem with that provider, fortunately in that case it is only a nuisance as I can work around the issue and simply go elsewhere, this issue with ebay however must be resolved or there WILL be *HUGE* problems soon (again I'm glad it's widespread, it would be far worse if it was only a very few affected sellers).

I'm kind of glad it is widespread too because then they will fix it a LOT quicker. If it was just a small amount of sellers the chances of them even admitting it's on their end would be slim.

I understand that glitches happen (although they never happen when eBay is trying to TAKE our money!)
what bothers me is that eBay has not addressed the issue (as far as I know) to let sellers know they are on it, and they of course tell us to contact our banks as if it is the bank/our fault. I of course called my bank this morning and confirmed no problems with my account and no attempt to receive a payment today.

The payout in question has had it's status changed. Instead of declined, it is now showing "Processing Preparing to Send"

This happened to me today for $21.00 It sounds like an issues inside Ebay, and I'm sure they will fix it soon. I don't like that they blame it on my bank or my bank account information being incorrect. Ebay's message should have read "Todays deposit ran into a problem and we are working on fixing it right away, just a short delay." instead of blaming our banks.

Yes, me too. I have no SALES HISTORY under my Payments Tab either it's just a blank page. Hoping Ebay is on it and it will be fixed soon.
