Debit card refund process

I received a refund from a seller on 15 Apr, and even got an email from ebay confirming it "You just got a refund." but it's been about 30 days and i still haven't received anything on my debit card, or my paypal (just checked). Is there something wrong, or should i just continue waiting?

If you used a credit/debit card, it could take 30 days or so to show up in your account.

Don't know why it takes so long, but it does sometimes.

wait, so it could take even more than 30 days? I've tried to look up for cases like this, but couldn't really find any

"It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider."

I don't know if weekend non-business days are counted for debit card refunds or if being in Singapore will affect that too?
