Cannot pay using card.

I was not able to pay using my VISA debit card. Anyone know the reason?

You'll have to ask your bank.  I think it has to do with your government trying to keep as much money in Sri Lanka as they can due to the tanking economy . But I have a distrust of government so I could be wrong. Ask your bank why your debit card is being declined.  Maybe they need to enable foreign payments.
