I have a question, sold a rather expensive item. First red flags, he asked if I could ship it to his friends house to dodge customs, 2nd red flag, he uses a shipping forwarder under transexpress. now his payment is under processsing, first time this ever happened. I sold a camera for $2k and it was immediate. So does processing mean he paid with ACH? What are the chances his ACH payment bounces and eBay asks me to ship even tho it’s not completed. Does the money come back out my account?

Yep... a lot going on here.
First... if you ship, make sure you only ship to the address on the Order, period. (The freight forwarder isn't necessarily a red flag.) The buyer needs to not only 'ask' you this, but fill in the correct address himself.
Next... if you see the Order in Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting shipment, then the order has been paid for and won't be reversed... it won't 'bounce'.
Last... selling a $2K item is awfully scary here, at best. Good luck to you with this one.

Another issue I just noticed... your last sales were on 5/4 and show 2-day Handling. Is this order one of those orders?

Yeah they said they said they were waiting for a PayPal transfer, which would arrive Tuesday. I just had to be sure with managed payments, since I didn’t know if he tried doing an ACH payment and was trying to pay early without having the funds in his account. Already had someone try to UA a used iPhone I had. Luckily the address was correct that time

I have unsolicited advice. Take it or leave it.
1. You are a low feedback seller with expensive and high fraud items. Those types of sellers can attract scammers.
2. Running auction listings with private bidding raises red flags in my mind. I want to be able to look at items sold and bidding patterns when I am interested in an item. There's just too much opportunity for fraud that is hidden in private listings. (I get the desire for privacy for certain adult, fetish, personal products listings, but there's no need for that here, IMO.)
3. Once ebay tells you to ship, you need to ship within your handling time.

Thanks and one last question, this
kinda rubs me off the wrong way. I shipped to a forwarder before and they never asked for this information. Do they need to know how many rocks to put in the box do INAD? They should be able to ask the forwarder for this information

Yeah I thought private listings were so that people don’t harass each other for missing out an auction

Never mind! I spoke with the forwarding company and provided me how they cover these situations. What relief! Thanks for all your help!
