A couple things you can try:

1.  As @fbusoni posted, you can ask here on the board and most likely somebody will be able to provide you with answers. OR

2. You can use the search bar at the top of each board, type in your question, be sure to use the "Sort By" metric at the top of the search results and select "by date" to get the more recent information. Read through the replies, often a best answer will be selected. But if you have more questions, post a new thread rather than adding to one that's old as your question will get buried & lost.

3. Use Google and start your query with  "eBay policy" add the question to that and IGNORE the AI generated response, scroll down and look through the links that start with "eBay" to be certain you're being sent to eBay policy pages.
