Hey @duburu! It depends. If you're adding Payoneer as the financial institution, then you can go here to learn more. You can refer to step five, as they will need to verify your personal or business information, ensuring your account details match before you can list.
Outside of that, sellers should be able to list right off the bat unless there are outright restrictions, of which you would've been made aware of.
