I AM TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ON AVALIABLE FUNDS MY IS IN THE NEGATIVE WHY IS THAT ?

Did someone file a return and you not honor it?  You do have several sales.  More info on your part would be helpful.  I can't really get much out of your message here.  You're going to have to expand and give more details.

New account I racked up some fees I believe that’s why it is in the negative and my payout is not lite up but I have over 850 in sales

Did you attach a method to pay for seller fees that aren't  taken from your payouts?

And my negative funds were 127 then went down to 88 on the 25th when they said my payouts would start

My question is are they taking out the fees from my payouts?

payouts are normally done at 4am EST for me every day

if I start shipping at 5 am then I am always going to be negative for a few hours.

if you start shipping right after a payout it has to go into a negative balance

thats what happens to me many times

Sometimes fees go up high too if you pay for extra things like bold print or reserve fees.  Don't pay for those extras.
