They are really beautiful! HOnestly, I would probably iron them and leav them alone. I would be concerned the green would run or the lace would be damaged.
Unfortunately it is very slow around here. I few years ago you would have had lots of great responses to this. Hopefully eventually someone will come along who can help you out. Sorry I have no idea how to do it safely.

I would use what I have felt to be one of the safe-est cleaning agents on the market. Hands down with 4 years of using the product, I have never had a bad result. " Linen Wash" a cleaning solution sold by Amazon intended for vintage linens. Investing in the product is well worth the cost. Use only a 1-2 tablespoon, for a small load. Wash colored items in cold water with added solution, suggest wash by hand. For whites, wash in warm water.
Note this solution is very concentrated so you only need a very small amount. Make sure you rinse items very well after soaking and washing.
