I'm currently trying to find some one who can transfer this 35mm Film Print I have to a digital format and I have a few questions...

-Does any one know of a company that would transfer this print to digital and would work with a nitrate film?

-If and when I get this transferred, if I were to make copies of the digital version and sold them to make back the money I spent on the transfer, would that be illegal or legal since I'm not actually making a profit? Would just like to break even atleast.

-How do I find out if this film is in Public Domain status since its from 1934 and was a B-movie at the time and was made in the UK (US public domain?)

Any input on this would help out a lot, Thanks.
