@cleanpartshere

I would check online, you may find it for free.

I belong to a Honda Civic forum, and one for the Ford Explorer, They are a great help.

When I got the Explorer last fall, I found a factory service manual and wiring manual, right here.

I have a hard time reading online manuals, and I like paper.

I did a google for montana climate control wiring.

http://trendingcar.org/diagram/diagram-for-pontiac-montana-heater-control.html

might be a place to start.

I know around here the auto parts stores have chiltons that are out of the shrink wrap.

And they don't have a problem if people look at them, that would have your wiring diagram.

SMD! You need to know CPH. I have met the man. Class A piece of ingenuity.

The only person I know who gets his parts for less than I do.

Who is CPH ?

When I was at university, I bought a Fiat 128 for 100 bucks from a tow place.

After a few years it dropped a valve, knocked a hole in a piston.

Took the head off and removed the valves and used bolts and washers to block the ports.

Drove that car for 3 more years on 3 cylinders.

Got to a point I had no power, had a buddy strap a tire to the front of his truck

and push me to the scrap yard, pulled off the aluminum bumpers and the head.

Made more scrapping it than I paid.

Hit a deer with my Ford Fiesta wiped out the right side.

Pulled the car up to a tree and hitched a come along to the damaged area.

pulled the bashed in area out, and was back on the road.

My Ford explorer has brakes on three wheels, and the other is capped off.

But I am gonna fix that next week.

My 1965 Chevy 2 Nova had a 5 gal bucket of oil behind the drivers seat.

Dual purpose, holding the seat back up, and it went through 5 gal of oil a week.

Duck tape and bailing wire...

An airplane mechanic driving a Ford Explorer with one brake capped off? Remind me not to hire you if I ever have a plane needing fixing. I suppose if you don't have the right bolts to attach the wing, some duct tape and bailing wire will work?

I use 14 gauge copper house wire. Nice and strong.

That ain't bondo... that is uh...uh...uh   Aerodynamic molding compound... that's the ticket.

Chicken wire... heavens no... that is high tech  composite reinforcement material.

And we don't call it duck tape... it is "500 mph tape"

If the bolt don't fit... you just need a bigger hammer.

Sure you don't want to ride in my death trap car.

But you can trust your family in any plane I have touched.
