Can anyone tell me the make model of this car? 1970s Plymouth?

Hi, I have been doing a lot of google searches but am having trouble figuring out the make and model of this car. There is a banner behind the cars about a Plymouth Dealers of America event, however, I cannot find any plymouth models from the early 70s that have this style of bumper. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I agree, if there was a closer view of the grille I could tell you exactly what it is, Dodge used the same body platform with just chrome and trim rearranged I wonder what is the basis is for so many rows and of the exact same car paint and all. I am thinking closer to 74 or 75....Da nut....
