Anyone remember my experience of sending money and after 2 months i sent neg FB and all of a sudden I get an email saying he was hit with hurricane,etc,,,and that he had my M.O and if i sent him my address,he would sent back payment. hello, my address is on the envelope and on M.O. using above mentioned tool, I found my FB against him and checked with ebay for fun to see if he still lists and looks he screwed over many more after me. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=19126&item=5982937473

I will never deal with a seller who does not have Papal. Have been burned twice sending money orders. Both of them said they never received them, even though I sent them returned receipt requested. They claimed that someone else signed for them. Chuck

No. i had a write up in our group here about the guy replied to me after I posted the neg and said he was hit by hurricane, lost his roof, and helping rebuild his father's house,as it was around katrina time frame so, it's hard to call someone a liar so i felt like an ass and apologized and said keep the 20 bucks and put it towards restoring your life. I can't ask for a refund from someone who sffuered property damage from a hurricane, (kinda funny cuz we talked about that in a thread just before this) Whether the guy was ticked with me, but I figured someone would accept your apology and say "gee thanks for your donation." I haven't used Mo for a while but he only took MO and it was for a set of 3 BN cars. After that incident I said no more MO for ebay stuff, period. i noticed tha6t this guy is still screwing people as recent as july, so not sure what's going on there.It was funny as up til me and a couple other people he had a good FB. dave live and learn. Perhaps if it was a larger Mo i would hav asked for the refund....if he would return it.
