invalid request when logging in on android app

Hi,

I have issues signing on to the Android app for a while. Is there a solution to this?

I've tried clearing cache, uninstall, reboot device, reinstall but nothing works.

I'm running ebay app V6.90.0.1

Phone Google pixel 5 running Android 12

I guess there might be a typing mistake in your email or password. Does your email or password has any symbols on it? For an example, "@#$%&*-_" ? If so, the keyboard type changes those into something else. I don't exactly know whether this might be the issue. But check and see. I hope you find the answer for the issue soon.

Are you signing in with username and password? Try email address and password instead. Or try signing in via a social media account if you have previously linked one.

Are you able to sign in to the same eBay account using a mobile browser and going to ebay.co.uk?

That's not the issue. I've added my username to my dictionary so it's entered as is.
