When clicking on the button leave feedback as a buyer or seller I find that current app, version 6.46.02826, The app crashes, the app crashes.

There have been other similar posts about this issue; eBay is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.
In the mean time you should be able to leave feedback using a browser.
