Running the app on iPad mini 2 and iPhone 6 plus both running iOS 10 or higher and have been having the following issues:
1. When clicking the "Complete Listing" button at the bottom of the page both devices tell me I am not connected to the internet, when in fact I am, as both devices are using a strong cellular connection through Verizon. The issue occurs when connected to my home wifi as well.
2. When clicking the "Complete Listing" button the app will also sometimes tell me that I haven't uploaded any photos yet when I know for a fact I have as I can see the thumbnails on the listing creation page. I have to go back into the listing and delete the uploaded files and re-upload them sometimes several times over just for the system to recognize that the files are actually there.
3. The fields that are now pre-populated with eBay generated info such as "Starting Price" and "Shipping Service" will sometimes not allow me to delete the pre-selected information. I have to force-close the app and complete the draft on my desktop in order to get around this. Please leave the price and shipping fields blank!
4. When trying to schedule future auction listings it only gives me the option of selecting times in 15-minute intervals. This is incredibly detrimental to the potential sale prices of my items as I often have bidders who wish to buy several items from me in the same night and will have a hard time doing so if all my listings are ending at the same time.
Please address these issues as soon as possible as the mobile application has always been the fastest way for me to list items for sale and I cannot list anything going forward without these problems being addressed first.
