i work on board a vessel and before i wen home i bought a Bose speaker that doesn’t turn on after i only played it for a week when the battery died it never came back on i can’t return and ebay wont help and they cant be reached  . they keep sending you here to these communities

Have you tried going to your purchase history and request a return?

You received an item that is not as described evidently.  Why would you not simply open an item not as described case with eBay if it has been less than 30 days since you received it?

Have you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee?

And, you say the battery died.  Wouldn't that just mean that you only need to replace the battery to get it working again?

Why can't you return it?

If you can't return it, what do you expect Ebay to do?

If it's the one in your feedback that's several months old so eBay won't help with any problems.
