ebay app is USELESS and I’m penalized by what seems late responses, etc., because with only app available sometimes, I can resolve nothing.

Is there a reason why you cannot use a browser instead of the eBay app?

I don't feel as comfortable selling on the app as I do a browser, either. Do you have no other options?
