ebay app not loading

Hello,  i download this app few days ago  send message to help line email of ebay never got reply back . but when i open the app 15 sec later saying "Try  searching for something above or tap "Reload" To try again "Hyperlink" Reload   my WI-FI on and my  data on. when i try to sign in to  any email gmail or yahoo it's jest trying to load then to keeps loading  and loading "Nothing happens"

Thanks for the report. Can you let us know what version of the android app you have on your device.

Note sure if this is it. under setting in ebay  app  "Terms and conditions  5.32.1.0"

Some steps to get the app running properly:

- If your device is on android 4.4 or lower we suggest you use www.ebay.com in the browser

Android 5 and above:

- Perform all system updates on your device

- Uninstall the ebay app and then install the latest version of the ebay app 5.3x.x from Google Play
